The service
Sumafact extracts structured data from invoices, delivery notes and receipts using artificial intelligence and exports it to Excel. The service is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee the extraction will be 100% accurate in every case, so we recommend reviewing important data before using it in your accounting.
Plans and payments
The Free plan activates automatically when you sign up, requires no card or payment, and includes a limited number of documents per month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed recurringly through Stripe according to the chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and your account reverts to the Free plan.
Acceptable use
You must not use Sumafact to upload documents you don't have the right to process, or attempt to overload or compromise the security of the service.
