What kinds of documents can I process?
Invoices, delivery notes and receipts, as a PDF or a photo (for example, taken with your phone). They don't need to be clean or well-scanned.
Is the extraction 100% accurate?
Accuracy is high, but as with any automated system, we recommend reviewing important data before using it in your accounting, especially at first.
What happens if I go over my plan's included documents?
You can keep processing documents for a small per-document fee based on your plan. The service doesn't just cut off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing panel, at any time. Cancellation applies at the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account reverts to the Free plan.
Do I need to install anything or set up templates?
No. Everything runs in the browser, and there's no need to create per-supplier templates: the AI understands each document based on its content.
Is it safe to upload my documents?
Documents are stored privately on Amazon Web Services and processed with Anthropic's AI. They are never shared with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service.
