What data we collect
Your email and password (encrypted) when you sign up; the documents you upload for processing and the data extracted from them; billing information managed directly by Stripe (we never see or store your card). We also log, anonymously and without cookies, the page visited and where the visit came from, to understand what content works.
What we use it for
To provide the data extraction service, manage your account and subscription, and communicate with you about how the service works. We don't sell your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
With the providers that make the service possible: Anthropic (AI document processing), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Stripe (payments) and Google AdSense (advertising, Free plan only). Each one handles data according to its own privacy policies.
Cookies and advertising
We plan to show ads managed by Google AdSense on the Free plan, not yet active while the account is pending approval. Once activated, they may use cookies and device identifiers to personalize them, and we'll add a consent notice for visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, manageable or revocable at any time. Paid plans show no ads.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by writing to info@sumafact.com.
